The flat is huge / extremely spacious and in a brilliant location. It's a little bit 'clinical' for my taste and style, but very clean and in excellent condition. I found the TV quite hard to work / cast as the menu is set to Spanish - but that's understandable.

This is a great location and the keyless experience is refreshing. the only issues were the unclear instructions for the stove top, and the awkwardness of trying to get in and out is the shower in the second bedroom. We were expecting a tub as advertised as well. Overall we would stay with this company again. Fast and responsive staff.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of the city. Communication with the management company was very good and the keyless entry was a game changer. The apartment was beautiful and well equipped with prepackaged supplies for the bathrooms and kitchen. Will definitely use Fisa Rentals for any future bookings in Barcelona. Well done!
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Ideally located, easy to enter with the digital codes (no bulky keys to carry around). And thanks to the FISA staff we were able to enter the apartment early, eliminating the need to deal with luggage for day. On a future visit we would definitely consider this apartment again.
We had a great weekend in Barcelona staying with Fisa Rentals. The apartment was in perfect condition, clean and very spacious! Check-in was easy and went really smooth and it was so nice to be able to go straight from the airport directly to the accommodation. Not needing keys to enter the apartment was also a great addition. Traveled to the city for a weekend to explore the city and the location were perfect, close to everything. We are very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again. :)

En famille avec nos 2 adolescents nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement très grand, avec une literie confortable et idéalement situé en plein centre de Barcelone. La voiture est restée au parking de la place de catalalunya, la reservation au prealable proposée par l hôte est intéressante car le prix des parkings à Barcelone est élevé . Une petite frayeur à notre arrivée après 20h un dimanche car le code fourni ne marchait pas, vite résolu par un hôte disponible et attentionné qui nous a prévenu le lendemain de notre arrivée que le WiFi ne fonctionnait plus. Un bon rapport qualité prix pour profiter pleinement d' un séjour à Barcelone.

Great great location. Honestly I’ve never spent less on transportation than I did here. Was close to everything you would need and if not close you are easily accessible to the metro or bus. Will be back in September so definitely thinking of booking here agaim

L’alloggio è situato nella parte più centrale possibile ! È possibile spostarsi a piedi dappertutto sia per Gracia , che per la rambla e perché no , anche per Plaza espana e il mare . Ma , nel caso ci fosse la necessitá , la metro è davvero a due passi da casa . Pulizia perfetta , ho amato il salotto e la cucina ad isola , la luminosità e anche la spaziosità della camera matrimoniale . Check in e check out semplicissima grazia alla ricezione del codice per l’ingresso e rapporto prezzo - qualità altissimo ! Grazie ancora:)

El lugar está perfecto, solo la única recomendación es que el agua caliente se termina con el 3er baño y que el área de las regaderas siempre se sale mucho el agua cuando te das un baño. Por todo lo demas esta muy bien

Fantastic location, lovely apartment, very clean and great value for money. Check In was easy unless you are outside hours then you have to wait until 3pm. The actual apartment is 10 minute walk from where you check in but easy to find and worth the walk being so close to La Rambla.

I thought Gemma was very friendly and apologetic for keeping us waiting, there were two families ahead of us. To s this was not a problem because we have experienced up to a 2 hour wait to check in with other companies. The accommodation was excellent very comfortable and quiet which was a bonus considering we were in the heart of the city. The apartment was very spacious especially for 4 adults, it was great to have wifi because it meant that we could research all that Barcelona could offer us. We would recommend our friends to use these apartments and if we returned to Barcelona we would get in touch with your company.

Three of us stayed for 3 nights. Every thing was there that we needed and the apartment was modern and clean. Very near to the metro and not far from the Ramblers.
The Flat was exactly what we needed - central location close to few metro station and all the services, large enough to have space for the family, equiped well and clean. Once we had a request it was answered promptly by Fisa Rentals team. We enjoy the stay very much and warmly recomed on Fisa Rentals service and Pelai 11 appartment. Enjoy Barcelona it is a lovely city.

Overall? excellent! The apartement has view on the city and a busy traffic junction. For our family no problem, but you "must" like the city with all its hectic. The apartment is very well equipped. Location is superb. Our hosts were very friendly and service minded.
