Apartamento de 3 habitaciones y 2 baños, situado a 5 minutos a pie de la zona más turística del centro de Barcelona. El apartamento está muy bien comunicado y con todos los servicios necesarios muy cercanos, bancos con cajero, supermercados, farmacias, panaderías y otras tiendas.
La suite principal con baño propio es grande y tranquila.
La segunda habitación doble es muy luminosa con un amplio ventanal.
La tercera habitación es individual.
La cocina dispone de todos lo necesario para su estancia: microondas, cafetera, vajilla, cubertería, lavavajillas.
El comedor está integrado en la cocina y conecta a su vez con el gran salón.
En todo el apartamento existe conexión WiFi gratuita a Internet.

Nos encontramos con un departamento muy limpio, cómodo y con una muy buena ubicacion para visitar las principales atracciones turisticas. El anfitrion hace que el check in sea muy facil de hacer. Muy recomendable!

Easy place to be in , within central city centre of Barcelona, most food places to get to are walking distance. Metro is within 5 minutes walking and taxi banks are accessible. The place was nice & clean and spacious , the only thing that I didn't like , was that noise from within the apartment at night and from the streets was easy to hear, and did make it hard to sleep peacefully at times. But other than that would recommend this place to others.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Fisa rentals. Location was excellent on the Gran Via, close to Metro, shops, monuments and restaurants. We walked almost everywhere! Aina and Gemma did a great job helping us get checked in and answering questions. Bathrooms were modern with good showers. Washer dryer helpful. I like the little packs of cleaning, toiletries and kitchen products. The midweek cleaning service was very good too. A little noisy from neighboring apartments. A little expensive but cheaper than hotel for 4 people.
Beautiful and large apartment. needed to collect keys from an agent, however very close to the apartment and instructions easy to follow. loved the location close to many attractions and great restaurants. recommend this host and this apartment.

Perfectly located and spacious apartment which are clean and stacked with everything you need for a perfect stay in Barcelona. Check-in could be a bit more flexible, no possibility for early check-in or late check-out, but besides that would recommend staying here at any time.

This apartment was perfect for my friends and I. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. The pictures are accurate and the host responds right away. Right in front of the apartment, taxis are always lined up so we never had to wait for one. The coffee shop that’s attached to the same building is really cute and the coffee is good for a quick bite to eat.

We were two couples in our 70’s traveling in Spain. We spent 5 nights at the FISA apartments. It was ideal for us. We found close-by restaurants, immediate taxi service, and ability to wash our clothes while enjoying jaunts around Barcelona. Excellent choice.

Posizione centrale, ottima. Bellissimo appartamento signorile e curato. Pulito. Ottimo per un soggiorno a Barcellona anche con bambini. Mio figlio si è ammalato durante il soggiorno ed avento il volo di ritorno alla sera, ci hanno dato il massimo dell'assistenza e dell'appoggio! Gemma è stata splendida come pure tutto lo staff. Very very central on Gran Via, the home of many quality hotels. Gives an idea of what a good situation it is placed. We had a family apartment for six and had lots of space to live, in peace. Highly recommended for a group or family.
