Fab apartment with great space. Facilities were all great and a good location. The spacious balcony is the best part about this accommodation! Beds were also very comfortable. The check in process was easy however we had to pay €30 as our flight was in after 21hrs.

Perfect location for exploring the city, just 2 mins walk behind casa Batlo and the Passeig de Gracia metro stop. We got the train directly to/from here to the airport which made it a very easy journey (we used a family metro ticket for this and generally getting around which made it v cheap!). Grocery shops and a lot of restauarants very nearby to the apartment to eat/drink out. There is a lift then just one short flight of stairs up to the apartment. Most of the building is offices so very quiet during the evening and night although the lift was a little noisy from the twin room around 8am when everyone started arriving for work (but we were wanting to be up and looking at the view by then anyway!).The terrace was a big bonus, great views down the Rambla to the port and across to Montjuic.Apartment was very clean with a lovely modern bathroom and comfortable beds.The letting company were easy to deal with and lovely & helpful professional people..no problems whatsoever with our s
The apartment is at one of the best locations in Barcelona. The checkin process needs to improve. We had to walk 15 mins to an office away from the apartment to checkin and get the keys. Other than the checkin process. This is a perfect place to stay. Clean and big apartment with a very nice terrace area overlooking The best street in Barcelona.
We had a very enjoyable stay at the Penthouse apt. First the positives. Location was absolutely perfect. It's a block away from Casa Batllo and pretty central to everything else. It's a quick 10 minute cab ride from most places in the city. There are tons of restaurants and bars right near by. There are also many supermarkets on the block, which is great to buy water, wine, snacks etc. The apartment itself is very clean and comfortable. We had two adults and two kids and it was very spacious. The balcony is awesome with great views of the city. There aren't many apartments like this with a penthouse balcony. A few challenges to this apartment. The elevator does not go all the way to the actual apartment level. The apt is above the Attic level, so the elevator goes to A and then you have a set of stairs to the apt. The slider doors to the balcony don't have a handle on the outside, so it's tricky to open back up. These are just minor nits on an otherwise great place.
I won’t stay anywhere else. If you want to feel like a local in the heart of it all, these apartments make you feel that way. There are washer dryers and dishwashers and fully furnished living spaces. Soap? Iron? Slippers? They’ve thought of everything.
We booked this apartment because of the roof terrace and it did not disappointment! The views of Barcelona were amazing! The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and felt very safe. We loved our stay and would happily stay again.

This is a beautiful apartment in a very central location, only about 500M from the top of Las Ramblas. It was scrupulously clean with a large balcony which gives great views of the city, a well stocked kitchen, lovely bathroom & comfortable beds. Would recommend.

The view from the terrace is as amazing as the photos. It's a great location, close to so many attractions and restaurants. The apartment is spacious and clean, and the kitchen was great to have. Fisa were really nice and their communication was quick. Our flight on the weekend was delayed and they were kind enough to meet us at the apartment to get the keys. Would definitely stay here again next time we're in Barcelona.
The cherry on the cake was the terrace: Big and on the to of the roof. Wat a view! Even though it's nice, it still needs more furniture like a sunbed and or a lounge corner (like in the apartment in front ;o ) or maybe a BBQ. This would make it perfect! We were 2 weeks and were 2 adults and 2 kids of 11. After 1 week the cleaned the apartment, put new towels (no toilet paper) and clean bed sheets. We lived this appartement. I definitely recommend this apartment!

This is a spectacular apartment centrally located in the Eixample area of Barcelona ( a block from Gaudi's famous Casa Battlo, for example). There is a huge outside veranda with a great view out to the port,the Montjuic mountain etc. It easily sleeps 4, with a double bed in one bedroom and two twins in the other. The kitchen is also fully functional. Great place to spend time in a wonderful city.
Posizione fantastica, praticamente sei a mezz’ora a piedi massimo da tutte le attrazioni principali. Bellissima la terrazza e anche l’appartamento. Il concorre dello stabile, Raul, molto gentile. Unica nota debole, servizio di posateria, bicchieri, piatti scarsa per un appartamento così. Ottimo servizio di check-in!

The attic apartment at Rambla de Catalunya 60 is easily the most spectacular place I have stayed in Barcelona. You are right in the heart of the city, a block from Gaudi's Casa Battlo, and on a wonderful pedestrian street with numerous atmospheric tapas bars. Nevertheless, the apartment is very quiet! And the views from the patio, especially over to Montjuic are spectacular. Highly recommend!
We had a great time staying in this apartment it was really clean and modern. The location was really good very close to everything 5 min walk to Plaça Catalunya. The staff when we checked in was really nice and showed us and recommended place to visit.I would definitely come back and stay there.?

Great apartament! We had an upgrade as the air conditioning of the apartament we had chosen was not working and we had a great surprise as the new condo was fantastic! Attendant upon arrival was great.
