The apartments are excellently located - not so far from the center, but in an area free from tourist crowds. Separate bedroom, balcony, kitchen with everything you need, including cava glasses if you want to celebrate, grocery supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are nearby. Lilla Diagonal shopping mall is only 600 meters away. The metro is also close - about 300 meters to 2 stations.For us, parking was relevant, there is no parking in the house, but you can reserve an underground parking 300 meters from the house. This is the only inconvenience we encountered here, but it is more than offset by the convenience of the location, organisation of check in/out and comfort of the apartments. Highly recommended!

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y se accede rápidamente desde la estación de Sants. Está en buenas condiciones y bien equipado. Sólo añadiríamos las siguientes cosas para hacerlo aún más confortable: perchero el el pasillo para colgar chaquetas, un sillón en el salón (el sofá se queda corto para 4 personas) y tazas grandes para el desayuno. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.
El apartamento es como la descripción del anuncio, la cama es muy cómoda y espaciosa, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue siempre muy rápida. Nos gustó mucho la manera de acceder al edificio y al apartamento. La zona es tranquila y la ubicación está bien.

This apartment is an awesome place to stay. Every attraction or sightseeing landmark is nearby or easily accessible by taxi or public transport. The apartment is provided with every amenity including washing, ironing, etc. It is really worth booking from the website directly. For us it was very smooth and hassle free check in process and also the apartment was well maintained and cleaned.
The apartment was better than in the pictures (especially the balcony) and everything was neat and clean.

The apartment was clean and the self check-in process was easy. You have to walk 7 minutes to the nearest metro station and the good part is that you have markets on the way back. There are some restaurants near the building where you can eat a good meal.

El único punto negativo que podría decir es la limpieza de la nevera al llegar al alojamiento. En las baldas había como un líquido derramado que estaba pegado, juraría que cerveza, que le daba muy mal olor a la nevera, a parte de estar sucia. Por lo demás todo perfecto, el apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable.

Bel appartement, bien situé, pas loin de la gare d'arrivée de l'aéroport. Appartement propre et spacieux. Vaisselle, lave vaisselle, lave linge, frigo etc...par contre pas d'eponge pour la vaisselle, pas de produit vaisselle, pas de torchon. A acheter sur place. Un Lidl à proximité. Accueil téléphonique efficace, parle un très bon français !!! Sinon rien de particulier à signaler. EG
Très beau studio conforme à la photo. Propre, bien situé facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport. Prendre le train puis à 10mn à pieds de la gare. Communication avec l'agence parfaite. Parle un très bon français. Par contre pas d'aspirateur, pas d'eponge pour la vaisselle, pas de produit vaisselle , donc à acheter...autrement rien à redire. Très bonne gestion.

The apartment would be ideal for a one or two person stay, our group of four found it to be a bit cramped. We were also disappointed that the TV did not offer streaming services, but other than that it was very clean and functional.

Es war ein super Aufenthalt in dem Apartement. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Wohnung sehr sauber, alles vorhanden Tücher, Hygjeneartikel, Föhn, Bügeleisen… wir waren total fasziniert.
We spent 5 nights with a 7 months old baby and it was brilliant! The apartment was quite big for us. The check in was really easy, we were very grateful for that, because of the baby. Just received a text with the code and that’s it. No keys needed. Nice and clean bathroom. Baby cot, baby chair and baby bath was placed. Thumbs up! In the kitchen there was everything you could need. Even small packet with tea, coffee, salt, pepper, kitchen soap, washing machine tablets, garbage bags, …) Bed was very comfy! Safe in the room. I would move balcony entrance from the bedroom to the living room, but I connot blame you… very nice, clean and comfy apartment. If visiting Barcelona I know where to stay. Thank you!

Apartamento conforme se vê nas fotos, não é grande nem pequeno, mas é perfeito para uma estadia de um casal com 2 crianças, bem equipado de electrodomésticos e acessórios. Muito boa localização, 5 min pé de estação metro, comboio que dão acesso a todos os sítios de Barcelona. Vários locais para comer, supermercados e serviços perto. Zona tranquila. A única coisa menos positiva foi o barulho que se ouve de uns apartamentos para os outros e da rua. Check-in online processo simples e rápido.
Es muy lindo departamento c vista a la calle. Muy bueno el baño y el agua caliente. Varios detalles de cortesía tales como kit de limpieza de vajilla y lavarropas. Kit de aseo personal y básicos de desayuno y aceite y vinagre. A tres cuadras de estación de subte. Tiene ascensor y c la clave q te proporcionan se entra sin problemas.

Estuvimos muy a gusto en el apartamento, todo era limpio, el sistema de entrar con código en vez de llaves es muy práctico si hay más de dos personas que quieren salir y volver independientemente. La ubicación es buena, con paradas de metro y autobús cerca, también hay varios supermercados. Quien se queda muy pocas noches agradece que en el apartamento encuentra un kit esencial ( pastilla para lavavajillas, bolsa de basura, mini-botella de aceite y vinagre etc …)
El apartamento es tal y como se muestra en las fotos, todo esta nuevo y tiene el menaje de cocina necesario (incluyendo cafetera, lavavajillas, plancha y lavadora) para comer o cenar algún día. Optamos por el checking on-line y recibimos el código para la entrada a tiempo, que ha sido muy cómodo para entrar y salir todos los días. La cama es confortable y un buen detalle fue dejarnos alguna toalla de mas porque estuvimos alojados varios días.Por citar algo negativo, comentar que en el patio interior del edificio anidan palomas y desde por la mañana temprano hacen algo de ruido pero no resulta molesto en absoluto para dormir.Repetiremos cuando volvamos a Barcelona.

Very nice and clean apartment. The sofa bed is really comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need and even more. We just missed dish detergent or tabs for the dishwasher. In our opinion a very good cost-benefit-ratio. We really enjoyed our stay in the airbnb.

Et bien sécurisé.L’appartement offre une belle vue, et très propre, climatisé.Les techniciens d’entretien font un travail remarquable.Nous sommes entièrement satisfaits de notre séjour de 12 jours .Barcelone est une ville magnifique, malgré le couvre -feu nous avons bien profité.
Prestataire fiable et réactif. Je crois donc être autorisé à dire que c'est très sérieux !

Le séjour c'est très bien passé, un appartement minimaliste mais tres beau. On se sent très vite à l'aise. L'agence est à l'écoute, et il y as eu une très bonne communication.
Nice apartment quite big and located in a calm neighborhood. Nearby the flat you will find a metro stop, a lot of grocery shops and a shopping mall. The flat is well equipped and was clean. Negative points: the acoustic is bad, you can hear other guests and it’s a pity that the terrace is only accessible from the sleeping room.

Comfortable flat in the neighbourhood we wanted to stay. The host was always available to help us with anything we needed.
Nice size flat for 2-3 people in a pretty good neighbourhood. Closed to a nice shopping center (L’Illa) and other convenience stores. Good transport links (Sants Train Station within walking distance) and buses and metro stations around the corner. All amenities in the flat were in good working order but the TV does not have Netflix. We’re likely to stay there again next year, availability permitting.

Dzīvoklis klusā vietā, līdz metro 10min. Vilšanās, ka atbraucot (bijām 3pieaugušie) mums nebija segas 🙄kad sazinājos ar saimnieku, mums teica, ka jāgaida nākamā diena. Un tad arī atveda tikai vienu segu!!! Viens cilvēks tā arī gulēja 7dienas bez segas. Dzīvoklī ieteiktu turēt sāli, piparus, cukuru, eļļu. To nācās pirkt pašiem.Ir plaša terase. Ar saimnieku laba komunikācija. Bet kopumā labs dzīvoklis. Klusi kaimiņi.

La estancia ha ido bien. El apartamento es realmente espacioso, ya sea una pareja o una familia, el apartamento es agradable. Faltaban algunos cuencos para el desayuno. Todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado cuando llegamos. Sin embargo, debido a unas obras en la zona en la que nos alojamos, hubo un corte de agua durante una noche y un día, por lo que no tuvimos agua durante ese tiempo, pero el anfitrión respondió rápidamente.

A great trip with my friends in this airbnb. Despite some water problems (not fisa rentals fault), it was super. Whenever we had a question, they were answering really fast so it was quite comforting. Everything in the apartment was great : great wifi, great beds, great air conditioning. We even had kits with kitchen and bathroom stuff (like in hotels). Maybe just one thing to say : at our arrival, it was not super clean but not a big problem. It's little bit far from the beach, Sagrada Familia and other touristic places but with metro and. taxi, it worked very well. Thank you for having us! I recommend this place for sure!

The apartment was as the pictures, in a well-conected location and the check-in was perfect. Two little details though: on the second day the code to enter the apartment changed and I got stranded outside. I called them and they were very fast in apologizing and changing the code so I could enter. It didn't take 5 min but if I didn't have my phone with me I would have got stranded. The second is that the walls are very thin and you can hear all the neighbours. It isn't very pleasant if the neighbours make noise. In general, a good apartment for a few days.

Outstanding apartment, far better than we thought. Clean, tidy, on the outskirts of the tourist side of Barcelona but not too far for a walk into town. 3/4 mile from the Nou Camp. Great service from start to finish ! Would recommend to anyone ! Reasonably priced indeed

It was I nice stay. The apartment is very centrally located nearby the train station, suitable for a short citytrip.
We had an excellent experience staying with Fisa Rentals. The apartment is situated about 10 minutes walk from Barcelona Sants station, which is a stop for the airport train, so is easily accessible. The apartments itself was in perfect condition with great facilities available: cooking utensils, cleaning equipment, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven/grill, wifi, good tv, small safe. Three little welcome packs were even included: toiletries, tea/coffee/sugar/salt, and cleaning supplies. Apartment was very spacious with a larger bed in the bedroom and a large fold out sofa bed (easy to fold out/in). Walk in shower with hot water and good water pressure. Plenty of extra blankets if required and towels. Control for apartment heating/cooling. Large balcony with two chairs off the bedroom and overlooking square in front of building. Sitting room area also has ceiling to floor sliding doors (with rail behind) that open onto square. Everything was spotless and neatly laid

Lovely clean apartment. 5-10 minute walk to the nearest Metro station, and in a walkable distance to the Camp Nou. Supermarkets are very close and the apartment has all the facilities needed for a self catered stay. The only thing to remember is a travel adapter. Check in is at a different location, but is efficient & we were allowed to leave our bags until our apartment was ready rather than carrying them around the city, which was great.
Todo excelente. El lugar esta muy bien ubicado y es tal cual las fotos, moderno, espacioso. Las cosas a mejorar: internet casi no funciono, de a ratos y mal, eso es fundamental corregirlo. El acceso el 1er día se alargó mas de lo deseado, después todo funcionó muy bien.

My husband and I were very comfortable in the apartment and found all aspects of the unit to be very modern , clean and spacious. The apartment was centrally located but away from the congestive tourist areas of Barcelona . When the dishwashr and TV changer did not work for us, they sent a maintenance man immediately who rectified the situation. We will recommend most highly both the apartment and the Fisa Rental corporation and staff

Location was good, about 7 min from metro station. Within walking distance of camp nou and arena. Apartment was nice and has all items for a pleasant stay: nice beds, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee and tea, etc. we would go back.
Everything perfect, comfortable, intelligent and family-friendly ... the only thing the absence of the bidet that for us, Italians, is essential. For the rest compliments for the organization and functionality ... we'll see each other soon..

Great value for money . Extremely spacious. Bathroom, kitchen, loungeroom . Massive sofa and regular bed. Very local to may cafes, camp nou stadium and the metroway. Was only 5 stops (15 mins by metro to get to la rambla and main markets ) check in office isn't at the same location but you are given the option to check it online which is very convenient rather than going to another location . About 15 20 minutes from airport

Muy sencillo y dando las mayores facilidades para poder hacer el checkout tarde, elementos que se valoran mucho cuando uno llega de noche o tarde. También las prestaciones y comodidades muy buenas, cómo por ejemplo la calefaccion.
It was my first time in Barcelona and I am so glad that I chose this apartment instead of hotel! Everything was nearby and very comfortable to stay. Felt like my own home! There was also asian grocery store right across the apartment, so it was perfect for me to go for asian food :) I will stay here again if I come back to Barcelona!
The apartment was really pretty, modern, clean and the location is very good, near to the metro station. Communication and check-in was easy . We loved that apartment and we definitely come back ! :)
Hemos echado en falta algún perchero, quizás en la entrada, para dejar chaquetas, etc. Y también alguna banqueta o escalerita, los armarios de la cocina tienen algún estante bastante alto, hasta el día de irnos, no vimos es escurridor.por lo demás, todo muy bien
Todo muy bien. Hicimos el check in online y sin ningún problema y cómodo. El servicio muy rápido en un problemilla que tuvimos en solucionar.

Buena localización, amplio y cómodo ,con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en la ciudad. Encontrarás cualquier cosa en los alrededores. Bien comunicado con el resto de la ciudad con numerosos transportes públicos muy cercanos.
Everything was perfect!
L'appartamento è stato confortevole e pulito. Il servizio di check-in fatto online e' stato comodissimo. Non ho dato un voto alle spese di pulizia poiché non ne ho usufruito. In generale è stata una soluzione che consiglierei per un soggiorno in Barcellona.
Ho soggiornato presso il Fisa Rental la scorsa settimana....appartamento per due adulti e due bambini. È un po’ decentrato rispetto al centro ma comunque in un quartiere abbastanza elegante e molto tranquillo. La fermata della metropolitana 5-7 min distante . L’appartamento è molto confortevole e presenta ogni tipo di comfort. Forniscono anche un kit per iniziare le pulizie ( pasticca della lavastoviglie pasticca della lavatrice detersivo piatti spugne e quant’altro )e un kit per poter mangiare (sale, zucchero,te ,caffè, olio , sale e pepe). Infine una nota speciale per Aina, colei che ci ha accolti alla reception ed è sempre stata disponibile per qualsiasi tipologia di richiesta.
Достаточно хорошие аппаратаменты. Хорошее расположение - в пешей доступности от вакзала.Очень кстати маленькие комплименты в виде стирально - чистящих и кухонных наборов. Рядом магазины. Единственное, мне бы хотелось, чтоб балконая перегородка с соседями была более надёжна защищена от доступа ,в виде решётки до потолка. А в целом большое спасибо за пребывание !
The 200e deposit could be a pre-authorization on my card instead of a refund 4 days later. Apart from that everything was perfect. Super service and the flat was really great just next to a underground station. I'll use it again on my next visit !
Hola, nos gustó la ubicación y la distribución del apartamento. En términos generales cómodo y suficiente para lo que necesitábamos. Algunas sugerencias: 1. Reponer la carpeta de bienvenida, ya que al menos la nuestra estaba bastante deteriorada y rota. Da la impresión de falta de mantenimiento. 2. La ducha tenía bastante sarro o manchas de cal en los vidrios y cerámicas. Hay productos especiales para remover este tipo de sucio y mejorar la impresión que da el baño. 3. El extractor de aire del baño, ubicado sobre el WC estaba lleno de polvo y muy sucio. Esto es algo fácil de mantener y limpiar si se está pendiente. 4. El WC en varias ocasiones se quedó botando agua y había que tocar el surtidor para corregir la falla. Con niños pequeños es molesto pues ellos no están pendientes de eso. Really loved my stay and will be back again soon. Apartment was clean and comfortable and close to all amenities. Noise from neighbours who brought other people in at all hours was annoying but obviously not Fisa's fault.

Nice, comfortable and well-equipped (i just missed a coffee maker) apartment in a nice neighborhood. Metro, shops and restaurants are nearby. Access to apartment by digit code delivered via text message, very convenient! Contact with office in advance by mail and phone (i received the first sms with some delay because i was on plane when it was send, called before leaving airport and promptly received new sms) went very smoothly.
Amazing apartment! Great communication between owners ensuring our check in was as smooth as possible. Location is fantastic, small walking distance to Sants station and metro station. Comfortable 15 min walk to Nou Camp. Looking forward to our next booking. Thanks for a lovely time!
Vivienda bien situada, luminosa y con buen amueblamiento. Solo pedir que se pongan algunas pastillas más del lavavajillas y ennla dotación del aseo, para 5 días una sola es muy poco.

Appartamento splendido. In zona centrale (10 min a piedi da piazza Espanha). Pulito, funzionale, bagno eccelso, a 5 minuti dalla Metro. Non ho alcun giudizio negativo.

Apartamento totalmente nuevo, muy limpio y bien equipado (útiles de aseo, cocina y limpieza). Buen precio teniendo en cuenta los precios medios de Barcelona en verano. En nuestro caso llegábamos un poco tarde a Barcelona, y nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de hacer el pago adelantado y enviar la documentación del check-in, y el mismo día de nuestra entrada nos enviaron el código del apartamento. Es una opción muy práctica, ya que te evitas tener que desplazarte a sus oficinas y el sistema funcionó perfectamente. Muy bien situado si llegas en tren, o tienes previsto utilizarlo para desplazarte fuera de Barcelona (está a 5 minutos caminado de la estación de Sants)

Cosy and cost-friendly apartment in a central location. Take note that there is a hob and a microwave but no oven. It was lovely to have the freedom of self-catering and our own balcony.

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevolissimo soggiorno a Barcellona in un appartamento molto confortevole, pulito e ben attrezzato. La posizione l'abbiamo trovata molto comoda, lontana dalla confusione delle vie più turistiche, in un quartiere molto ben servito da supermercati, bar, ristoranti, negozi di ogni genere, vicinissimo al centro commerciale L'Illa,e ad un passo dalla metro. L'unico consiglio che mi permetto di darvi è di aggiungere delle pentole, dei recipienti in vetro o ceramica ed uno scolapasta.

La recepción está muy lejos de los apartamentos. No hay donde dejar las maletas el día de salida.

Separate bedroom and living room/kitchen Only negative point : only 2 heating-elements to cook on in the kitchen ... so when you want to prepare a complete meal, it is necessary to organise the things.
