We stayed in the apartment for two weeks. We were very satisfied with everything. The location was GREAT; the center, from which you can reach other neighborhoods on foot. We found our favorite shops, restaurants, and cafés just 'around the corner'. The apartment was super neat and cozy. The kind-hearted man at the reception 'desk' of the building was another bonus.
Fantastic location, lots of great cafes and restaurants within 5 min walk and able to walk into centre of Barcelona in approx. 20 mins. Apartment was very clean and has everything we required for our stay. Be aware that check in is at an office that was a 20min walk from the apartment. We were aware of this when we booked and were happy with the arrangements but this would be suitable for everyone. Great communication and arranged a late check-in.

Een geweldig mooi en licht appartement in een centrale buurt. Het is zeer smaakvol ingericht en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt om een verblijf in Barcelona tot een feest te maken. De communicatie met de host is zeer goed en prettig. Ik raad iedereen dit appartement aan en zal hier zeker weer terug willen komen bij een volgend bezoek in Barcelona!
Upsides: Nice, clean, quiet space that looks exactly as pictured. Location is excellent with tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance. You can see the Sagrada Familia from the living room window! Some nice touches were provided like a toiletries kit and a cot. Downsides: Not a huge fan of the check-in process. You have to pick up keys from an office which is about a 10 min taxi ride away. Once I got the keys, everything went smoothly, but still, an extra step after long travel can be a pain. The apartment does have AC, but only in the living room. The smaller bedroom can get hot. May be worth noting if you're coming in the late summer months. Lastly, there was construction next door, but they only operated during the day so things were quiet at night. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and would come again.
Great apartment and location
Absolutely perfect apartment in a really nice neighborhood. It faces a courtyard so it’s perfectly quiet at night with no noise from the street, and it’s on the top floor of the building (with an elevator) so you also have a really nice view. The apartment is very nicely decorated, and the bed is high-quality and very comfortable. It’s also great for long stays because the apartment is literally across the street from a very large supermarket. And last but not least, the doorman is super friendly and very polite. I’m looking forward to coming back!

The apartment is beautiful and super clean. Felt very safe and homely! Location is perfect for seeing the city and attractions. Will recommend to friends and family and will be back to stay again soon!
Logement très propre et bien équipé. Check-in virtuel très pratique. Règles sanitaires parfaitement suivies, on se sent en sécurité dans l’appartement. Mention spéciale pour les prestations bébé qui nous ont permis de voyager les bagages et l’esprit léger ainsi que la possibilité d’accéder à l’appartement avant 15h pour faciliter la sieste de notre fils.

Hello Fisa rentals, I liked the location very quite to sleep and close to good restaurants, bustops. Maybe a little thing I was missing is a welcome gift. Just a bottle of water or little snack/fruit would be great. Greetings Jürgen

The apartment was really nice and comfortable! Everything was clean and ready when we came. The location is quite good, also there’s supermarkets just round the corner. Facilities were amazing, we are very pleased and would 100% recommend this apartments!!

Great location, clean and tidy, could you add to the apartment details book what the bins are located. We did ask but would be useful if it was in the book. We had an absolutely fab week and the apartment was ideal.

Such a lovely experience staying at Fisa Apartments. All the staff were amazingly kind and helpful and the apartment was everything we could've asked for! Will definitely be staying with them again the next time.
