I had no heating, on very cold days. I contacted the administrators of the apartment, they told me that air con will function. We even exchanged pictures and they said all is fine. I had to buy clothing for the night and I caught a terrible cold. Adding insult to injury I have paid over 250 a night - which I would thinks it is enough to be offered basic living conditions.

We stayed 4 nights and everything was great. We arrived a bit early and we were able to check in. At the arrival the blinder wasn’t working in the bedroom. I sent an email and between 2 Hours it was fixed. The location is great you can get everywhere on foot. You can hear a bit of noise from the street but that is what it takes to stay in the city centre. I would recommend it 👍🏻

This place was better than expected! In the pictures it looks simple and clean, which it is, but it's also extremely comfortable and has a great view. Excellent temperature control. You can see majority of Barcelona's must-see attractions by foot. And the hosts were quick, pleasant and helpful.
The experience was great, location is perfect. The only complain is that the apartment smelled cigarette, some of the previous guests did smoke in it and you can feel the strong odor when you go inside.

The apartment was really clean and cozy when arrived. It was a bit small for three adults but functional for a short stay. In the kitchen you could find everything needed to make your own breakfast. There was grocery stores and nice restaurants nearby.

The perfect location, facilities, and cleanliness! 2 adults and 1 child stayed for 7 days and 6 nights. First off, the location is great. It is close to Casa Batllo and many restaurants and shopping streets are nearby. The sofa bed was also comfortable, so I slept comfortably with the bed. It's nice to have a washing machine and dishwasher too. Highly recommended!

Great apartment for our 1 week stay in Barcelona. Location is perfect and all amenities were available. We also given a crib and baby bath for our baby. Highly recommend and will definitely book again!

La estancia ha sido perfecta para nuestras necesidades. La única pega es que el wifi no funcionaba bien en la zona del salón.
El apartamento es sumamente cómodo y amplio, cerca del centro o del metro para ir a cualquier lugar. Está ubicado sobre una avenida grande entonces mucho ruido de coches a toda hora del día es de esperar.

We have used many Air BnB’s over the years amd this one has proven to be one of the best. Communication was quick and to the point. The check in was fast, friendly smiling staff and the apartment was clean and had everything needed for our 3 night stay. The location was A+ as well. A great base for exploring Barca.

This is an amazing place to stay! The location couldn't be more central; at the heart of Eixample, with walking distance to everywhere in Barcelona, restaurants, supermarkets and metro stops too. The view from the apartment is the best part - it overlooks the Gran Via and feels very luxurious. Definitely worth what you're paying. The place is spotless too and it even looks better in person than the photos (which is rare for Airbnb). If you stay for longer than 7 days, you also get a complimentary cleaner, which is a nice touch. Communication between the agent was seamless and they get back to you very quickly. What I also loved is that when you're checking out, you don't have to go back to the office to collect your keys. You can just leave them inside the apartment, which relieves some of the stress from checking out! My only recommendations are:1) The internet connection could be improved. It's not ideal for people working remotely so I found myself having to hots
This location was in a prime spot and 5-10 minutes from everything plus the metro nearby. It’s perfect for a few days in Barcelona. As everyone mentioned though the walls are super thin but it wasn’t a huge dealbreaker for me.
Had a great stay in this apartment. Pros: Elevator, good AC, very central location, fast communication from the management company. Cons: Wifi signal strength is a little weak in places and should be addressed for anyone who is teleworking. Overall, great stay, would recommend.

Обратите внимание, что в квартире есть в брендированных пакетах: моющее, мочалка для посуды, соль/перец, масло в маленькой бутылочке, зубные щётки, шампунь. Я в начале всего этого не заметил и купил все сам.Единственный минус в квартире это нож, который совсем не режет. Наточите пожалуйста нож:) В остальном - вы прекрасны 🥰

Great location (5 minutes away from the shopping streets, 25 minutes away from the beach). Very bright and clean ! The only downside is that it is kinda noisy at night outside.

El trato de la persona encargada de la recepción de llaves fue super amable y paciente. Respecto al alojamiento, cabe recalcar que tuvimos suerte de que se encontró disponible cuatro horas antes del check-in y pudimos, por tanto, entrar antes. Si no se te da el caso, ellos pueden guardarte el equipaje las horas que necesitéis y, obviamente, dentro de su horario. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario: tanto el baño como la cocina están equipados completamente, incluso hay paquetitos dispuestos en dichas estancias con productos de higiene (cepillos y pasta de dientes, champú, jabón, etc.), limpieza (esponja de cocina, bayeta, lavavajillas, etc.) y de cocina (aceite de oliva, sal, pimienta, etc.), también hay un armario de la colada en el que está situada la lavadora/secadora, además del tendedero y la plancha. The appartment is very spacious and well maintained. The bed is King-size and confortable. The view to the Gran via is not direct but it's still visible and the building in front is the 5 star Havana grand hotel. They offered a cleaning package so that we can use the dish-washer and the wasching-machine. For late arrival read carefully the conditions to avoid disconfort.
I had a great stay in this apartment. It’s clean, great location and the communication with the agency was very easy. I would only comment to say that they are not very flexible with delayed checkouts in case u need it check in advance. They did let me keep my luggage at their check in desk two minute always. Very nice apartment, comfortable and clean. The location is perfect, I could do everything within walking distance! The hosts reacts very quickly to any messages. Check in was super friendly and easy :) Big plus is the Parking Garage just in front of the house. I will gladly come back to this great apartment.

Great place. Definitely recommended. The apartment was exactly like in the pictures and has all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay in the city. The location is very centric and in walking distance to many bars and restaurants. I will definitely stay there again if I visit Barcelona in the future!

Place is clean and well equipped, located very near to transport and inner city. Many things available by walking, and there is an amazin cafe right next to the apartment. Note that balconies are very small and oven is not included. The pictures show a microwave that looks similar to an oven. would recommend for couples.
Great location and staff. Very easy checkin process. Good practical kitchen and basic amenities. Decent value for money.Not a good bed though (found it hard to sleep on it) and the pillows are really bad. Also not enough towels for 5 days and no spare bed sheets. Bathroom console could use a little refurbishment.

It was the first time I got an apartment with Fisa Rentals and I remained pleasantly surprised on every aspect! The staff is incredibly available and always keen on accommodating every need, the apartment is perfect for a weekend as well for longer stays, and the location is just perfect, many of the Barcelona attractions are just walking distance. I definitely recommend the apartment and Fisa Rentals.

Todo fue perfecto. La verdad es que el apartamento está limpio, es acogedor y está reformado. Me dieron las llaves a la hora acordada que tuvieron la deferencia de que pudo ser dos horas antes del check in ya que el AVE llegó pronto y luego el día que me fui pude dejar las maletas por la mañana y recogerlas por la tarde.

The house has a great location, good distribution of the apartmentand comfortable. The check in and communication is clear. It is a pity that the windows are not isolating the noise coming from one of the city's main road and therefore it is a bit uncomfortable to have the noise all day and worst at night,

You will not regret booking a stay here with Fisa rentals! The location could not be better. You’re staying on the gran vía, the most luxurious part of Barcelona. You will only be a 10 minutes walk to all the shopping you could imagine. Everything was incredibly clean and modern. The bathroom is huge, with a large walk in shower. The couch and bed were unbelievably comfy, better than my house. The apartment is equipped with electronic shades that you can drop down, and hide the sunlight while you continue to sleep. 100% I would stay here again. The check in process could have been better, as the company only offers weekend check in after 3, so make note of that if you decide to book. Nevertheless, the front desk assistant was very professional and kind in helping me check into the room. The only warning I give you, is you will want to move in after staying here!! 20/10 experience!

The apartment is very clean and nice with all the amenities we needed. The only strange part is meeting at an office for check in and not an individual owner like you would typically find on Airbnb but it was not much of a problem.

The location is top. The receptionist also as she gave us very good tips about public transportation, the restaurants... If we come back to Barcelona we will choose Fisa Rentals again. Only thing that we missed were some knifes for cutting, all other perfect.

Excellent location. Well maintained apartment with pretty much everything you need for a short stay (one week in our case). Check-in process is fast and simple, lady at the reception is very friendly and helpful, plus you can leave luggage in the storage room if you arrive early. I would definitely stay there again/recommend the place to a friend.
We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The location is better than excellent and the suite was spotless. It was especially nice to have a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. We will be back when we revisit Barcelona.

The apartments are great. They are located in a perfect location. Walkable distance to some attractions and metro is near by. Taxi stand is also right outside the property. The apartment is very spacious and stylish. We really liked this place and would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent location,great staff, very functional apartment. Stayed for 2 weeks and was very pleased.
The apartment was very nice, very clean at our arrival. Inside I found everything I needed. Even if we were at the 5th floor we could hear a bit of noise but is not a problem of the apartment because the apartment has very good windows. At the end, we are very happy, and when we will go back in Barcellona, for sure we will choose again this apartment.

The apartment was spotless, and very comfortable, facilities great, 10 minutes walk from La Ramblas. I will certainly be returning back to Barcelona and staying in Fisa appartments, I would highly recommend them.

My husband and I have been staying in one of the apartments between the 2nd and 9th of this month, and we really enjoyed it! The hostess, Aina, was extremely helpful and friendly. The place is fantastic and the apartment, very nice. I even send email to request vacancies soon, as the place is also near my son's house.
It was a great place, and we had access to everything. The apartment was sparkling clean, and the reception was very nice and informative. My wife,my grandson and I truly enjoyed our stay.

Alla reception siamo stati accolti con gentilezza, cordialità e disponibilità dalla signora Gemma, che ci ha dato inoltre molti consigli utili per sfruttare al meglio il nostro tempo a Barcellona! L'appartamento era pulito, spazioso e confortevole. È stato fornito tutto l'occorrente per tenerlo in ordine, pertanto non abbiamo usufruito del servizio di pulizia extra. Se ripassassimo da Barcellona torneremo sicuramente!

Hello, staying in Barcelona, the room was clean and I was able to spend pleasantly. It was convenient to go anywhere. Because it is a request, because it is Japanese, it was better to have a bathtub, I did not understand how to dry the washing machine. I am saved when there is a Japanese manual. Good comfort. not bad condition.
Equipped apartment was in central location, what more could you ask for a lovely stay in Barcelona. We had an electrical fault during the first night but had a call out number and it was sorted quickly. We even had a bottle of fizz as compensation. Close to metro which we didn't use as it was so easy to reach everywhere on foot. The apartment was spacious, light and airy. We were delayed by 2 hours on arrival but as requested kept the receptionists informed by phone and she told us not to worry she would wait for us to arrive. Very helpful, friendly yet unobtrusive staff.

We stayed 4 nights at FISA Rental Apartments and thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. Check-in was friendly and the concierge very helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious and the location excellent for seeing Barcelona. Plenty of cafes are right around the corner, taxis always available at the front entrance....5 out of 5 ??
Excellent location: 6 mins & 10 mins walk to Casa Batllo & Casa Mila respectively; 4 mins walk to shopping street Passeig de Gracia. Paid car park just in front of apartment. Front desk ladies were always helpful and cheerful

Super impressed with our accomodation and the service. The lady who helped us with checking in was super friendly and spoke fluent English. The location is also perfect and it is near the final bus stop of the bus coming from the airport.
Had a fantastic time in Barcelona. Very spacious apartment, lots of storage space, comfortable beds, great location - just a few minutes' walk to the centre as well as to public transport. Busy road, but well-insulated flat, great to watch life go by. Friendly and welcoming staff. We really enjoyed our stay!

La única crítica que puedo hacer, es que el día del check out, que es hasta las 11 de la mañana, cuando nos levantamos temprano ya no teníamos wifi. Lo lógico es tener wifi hasta las 11, dado que ante cualquier inconveniente uno pueda comunicarse con los encargados. Por lo demás EXCELENTE y una ubicación inmejorable.

We had a great stay, good location, nice receptionist, helpfull. Good infomap in the room, but the info about the washmachine was bad, then it was another machine, and the reception is just open few houres a day.

It was a very nice appartement with a perfect location in the center of Barcelona.we spent a very nice holiday the receptionist was very kind.the check out time was too early 11h00 but they offered to keep our luggage in the lobby the time to do a last walk in Barcelona .

Absolutely loved the accomodation very friendly helpful staff ,brilliant location and beautiful apartment which where spotless and very comfortable.. Check in and check out times where fine and the price after the cleaning fee and late check in fee worked out cheaper then most other hotels in this location. Over all loved my stay here i cannot fault it at all I fell in love with Barcelona and have already re booked to come back in August .

Bellissimo appartamento vicinissimo a piazza Catalunya. Ottima la posizione per visitare il centro di Barcellona. Molto gentile Mauro alla reception. Molto comodo anche da raggiungere dall'aeroporto con l'aerobus. Molto silenzioso nonostante si affacci su una via molto trafficata.

Fantastic apartment close to restaurants and a short walk to La Ramblas,4 minutes max. Staff at reception were very helpful. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone wanting to stay in Barcelona .We loved it.

I really liked everything about the apartment. Gemma the lovely lady at reception was extremely kind and gave us a map and marked all of the places to visit for us. great location right near Placa de Catalunya and la ramblas street.The bus stop was right outside the apartment.

Me and my mate had a very good stay thank you! The apartment was very clean, well furnished and had everything we needed for our short stay. The apartment was suitable for me and my mate who were on a lads holiday with a few others! The apartment would also suit couples. The gentlemen at checkout was very helpful and had no problem showing us the best spots to party in what we all found to be an amazing city.

Действительно отличные, стильные, современные аппартаменты. Полностью соответствуют заявленным параметрам. Оборудованы всем необходимым. Очень выгодное расположение для комфортного пребывания в Барселоне. Из минусов только работа WIFI, который работает стабильно только в прихожей (коридоре). Очень слабый сигнал WIFI в гостинной/кухне. Надеюсь, что это устранимо, так как планирую остановиться в данных апартаментах вновь в следующую поездку в Барселону.

Practically we walked everywhere, for example: 1,6 km to Sagrada Familia; 1,5км to park of GuelL; 1,2км to a Zoo. 2 . There are all household appliances and ware. Modern furniture and interior. 3.Unusually when check in at 15-00, and check out till 11-00

Being in Barcelona studying as a mature student for one month, this location and solution was ideal for me. The perfect location to explore the whole city from, clean, fairly comfortable and better value than a hotel for 28 nights - although still quite pricey. But having my own apartment for the month was worth the money! Home from home. Recommend wholeheartedly.

he apartment was clean when we arrived, but during our stay of 10 days nothing was cleaned. Otherwise everything was good. People were very helpful. Nice room, good beds, good bathroom. Good stay.

We would like to thank Mauro and Gemma for their attentive service. We would especially like to thank Gemma for going out of the way in greeting us. We did not have cell phone service and had to find WiFi hotspots to communicate via email when we arrived and she was there early for us when we finally made contact. We would be very happy to stay at the apartment the next time we are in Barcelona.

The location is excellent for tourists, being a short walk from Placa Catalunya where the airport buses terminate and where there is a Metro station. It is also an easy walk to Las Ramblas and the old gothic quarter with its fascinating streets full of shops, bars and restaurants. If you enjoy a walk, lots of other great places like La Sagrada Familia are within 20-30 minutes. Our apartment was modern, spacious (by European standards) and very well equipped, clean and comfortable, with free wifi that worked very well. At the time we booked, the value for money was good too. The lady at check in spoke good English and was very knowledgeable and helpful. We would very happily stay there again. One downside of the central location is the presence of some traffic noise, but it was not so intrusive as to affect sleep, particularly when the blackout blind was lowered. The pillow was also too thin, but that is a matter of personal preference.
I realy injoyed my staying in the apartment.

Gemma was extremely kind and accommodating to hot tired travelers from Australia, who were visiting Spain for the first time. Great stay there for 9 nights. The apartment is new & well equipped, staffs are friendly & helpful. It happened the water boiler was out of order so they changed another apartment to us with no hassle. Next time visit to Barcelona, will choose it again. Highly recommended!

Very well located close to Paseig de Gracia, Placa Catalunya, Casa Batllo, Casa Mila and La Rambla. Newly furnished apartment with good lits-jumeaux and bathroom with large shower. A place to come again.
Nice large and comfortable modern apartment only a 5-10 minute walk from La Rambla and downtown BCN.

Excellent location, right in the middle of the shopping area and close to absolutely everything, including Plaza de Catalunia which connects to every other part of the city. Very comfortable apartment. I would only suggest having towels in the bathrooms for the guests' use, as this would make the stay that much easier. But apart from that, couldn't ask for more, thank you very much to Fisa rentals!
