Este apartamento ha sido remodelado recientemente y dispone de todo lo necesario para vivir. Su ubicación es inmejorable, ya que está sólo a 5 minutos a pie de Plaça Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia y de todos los principales edificios emblemáticos (La Pedrera, La casa Batlló,…). A dos minutes encontraremos varias paradas de autobuses y metro, está muy bien conectado con todos los transportes públicos de la ciudad.
El apartamento está ubicado en la planta principal del edificio, que habitualmente era la planta más noble y bonita de todo el edificio.
Este apartamento de dos habitaciones dispone de 2 armarios grandes para dejar la ropa y las maletas. En la habitación principal hay un balcón con vistas a la calle y la otra habitación tiene una mesa y silla de trabajo.
La zona de dormitorios y baño queda perfectamente separada de la zona de estar y cocina.
El baño dispone de toallas, secador de pelo y una gran ducha.
Perfecto para familias con un hijo.

The location is perfect, nearly no need to use public transport. The Apartment was comfortable & clean. Facilities were OK. The sheets and beds were clean and they were not smelling bad.

Great apartment in a great location. The only problem was that the apartment was too bright and it was very difficult to sleep. A blind would make this apartment absolutely perfect!
Excellent location and apartment! Clean, modern and spacious, the place had many ammenities and equipment. Check-in was comfortable and flexible. We arrived very early and we were allowed to check in as the apt was vacant already. The check-in office was very friendly, and made things easy. Communication was quick and easy (via the app mostly and email). It was on a 1st floor so we took the stairs but an elevator was available. Walking distance to all Barcelona sites and restaurants. We could have not walked more!! (we love to walk ?? ). I would stay here again !
Absolutely the right position in Barcelona to enjoy this special city. Very near to all the point of interest, in a quiet and calm street. The house is nice and very clean with all the amenities you would need to stay outside your house!

Very comfortable apartment in a perfect location. Walking distance to many restaurants and La Sagrada Familia. Train station is also a 10 minute walk for day trips. FISA staff are responsive and very helpful!
Great location with lovely views, the perfect location to explore Barcelona. The apartment had everything we needed with a big beg and shutters to block out the light.
Good location, bit noisy, but the two obviously comes together. Tidy and directly designed to letting out. Key pickup is easy. Nothing is missing to spend a good time there.

100% recommended, three of us stayed for an entire week and could comfortably work, live and sleep. The apt is super spacious and exactly like you can see in the pictures. Wifi works well, the location is amazing right in the center with supermarket and 2 lovely cafes downstairs. Gemma and Aina from FISA were super friendly and responsive.

We spent there 4 nights. The place is big, very nice and well located, close to everything. Pictures are accurate. It was very clean and comfortable. Only issue can be the traffic noise coming from the main street, which was not really a surprise for us, given the location. Communication and check in went very smoothly !

Very nice place and very well positioned. Has everything it says on the advert. The agency is communicative and highly professional. We forgot a phone in the flat after check out and they called to let us know. The is one thing we didn’t tell the agency about and we should’ve complained about it, the people that stayed before us were heavy smokers and we had to ventilate for the whole afternoon and next day after check in. So if you’re not a smoker or stay with kids it’s better to ask the agency to check first. Also the complicated way they setup the WiFi makes the TV impossible to connect to the internet and it’s a totally unnecessary complication that should be undone

Absolutely perfect for us as a family with two kids. Within 5 minutes walking you have a metro station and within the same distance you reach the city centre. It was our second time at Fisa Rentals. Will be back next year!

Brilliant location, close to best beach which is 15 minute walk from property along paved coastal path. View from apt is breath taking - you could easily sit at the window watching all the varieties of water sports all day if you didn’t have anything else to do. The sofa bed is large and comfortable. The bedroom with a double bed in it is rather small though but plenty of storage. The location of the flat within the block of flats is the best in the block. It is right next to the lighthouse so there are trees to the right where there is a corner window rather than another apartment. Would book again. S King Bristol, England

Great apartments, really clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there - kettle, toaster, iron etc. Welcoming packs are a great idea. The only issue we had was that the earliest time we could check in was 3pm, we arrived in Barcelona at 11am and had to hang around with our suitcases for 4 hours, even if we could have dropped our cases off it would have made life a lot easier. We will definitely be coming back to these apartments and would recommend them to our friends.
