Sin dudas es un lugar estratégico para alojarse en Barcelona. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí. Buen servicio de atención, check in, de atenciones al llegar, de utilidades y distribución así como también limpieza. El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, hasta diría más espacioso aún en la realidad. Pará alguien exquisito tal vez en algunos detalles falta de mantenimiento de teclas de luz y persianas.Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomendaría.
Ubicación ideal, el apartamento muy bien equipado y acogedor, repetiremos sin duda la próxima vez que visitemos Barcelona.
The location is amazing, just steps away from Plaça de Catalunya, very accessible to public transportation! With the intense (and humid!) August summer heat, the air conditioning was a god send, as well as the in-unit washer and dryer, which was much appreciated! The apartment was so nice and clean, and it was great to have a small kitchen to do some basic cooking. This was my first time in Barcelona, and this apartment made it amazing - just a 10-minute walk from the magical La Boqueria market (which I visited every day)!! Overall, highly recommended - would definitely stay here again when I return to Barcelona!
Great place in an unbeatable location
We loved this spacious apartment in the center of Barcelona. Was within walking distance to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go and also right next to a metro line and several bus stops as well. Bed was super comfortable and everything was very clean. Highly recommend!

Excellent central location, safe building, walking distance to Ramblas and Gothic Quarters, transportation center. Clean, kitchen well equipped, bed is comfortable. Bedding and towels of good quality. Good pressure in the shower. Easy check in process. No need for a physical key to access the apartment. A little noisy if the apartment is facing the street.

In our opinion there is no better location. Only 250 meters away from Plaça de Catalunya, the heart of the city. The couch and bed was a little bit too hard for us. No further problems whatsoever.

Apartment has a great location in the city center, just 2 min walk from La Rambla. Apartment is nice, bright and very well equiped, has all the amenities someone could need on the vacation.Communication with Aina and Gemma was very good as well. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone who wants to enjoy their time in Barcelona.
Nice property in good location. Ducted air conditioning works well and is quiet. Window shutter blinds keep the bedroom quiet and dark at night allowing good night’s sleep. Check in was a lengthy process requiring much communication with the host withholding information until further payments were made. Host also provides minimal consumable items (what Airbnb refers to in its policy as “essential amenities” which hosts must provide, such as cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc) and refused to provide additional amounts for a one week stay. This includes hand wash which during COVID pandemic is very much essential. Cooking and cleaning supplies provided are also bare minimum lasting one or two days at most which was disappointing. Perhaps the host has experienced some guests stealing their supplies so it may be understandable, however there needs to be a better solution given the price of this property.

L’appartement correspond parfaitement à l’annonce. Très simple pour le Check in / out. Pratique d’accès et très bien placé pour se balader dans Barcelone. Tres bien équipé aussi, tout est prévu. Seul petit bémol : un peu bruyant notamment à cause de la rue + metro qui passe en dessous. Tres réactif sur les réponses aussi. Je recommande!

Love the place! Amazing location, 2min walk from the ramblas, and amazing metro connections. Host was super friendly! All the necessities were provided: masks, hand sanitizer, dish soap, towels, shower gel... Would stay there again!

La wifi ne fonctionne pas correctement, quelques fois pas du tout. Dommage !Les WC perdent de l'eau en continu et ce n'est pas très agréable. Tout le reste est correct et la situation géographique vraiment idéale.

Hormis le problème de la langue, nous sommes français, et nous ne parlons hélas ni l'espagnol, ni l'anglais, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Check-in desk was quiet hard to find. De appartement was very nice, had a good airco and was at a great location! We had not much warm water in the shower, that was a pity...
Perfect apartment on perfect place, for fair price. Only issue was parking - even on Web mentioned that no need of reservation we were mot able to park at property. Check-in lady said we have to arrange it with reception at property but there were no receptionist till our check out, therefore we paid much more than expected for garage.
An excellent location for exploring Barcelona on foot or by public transport. The apartment was well set up with thoughtful extras like oil and vinegar. The staff at the reception were really helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 3 times already in the Fisa apartments on Pelai, 11. Every time all was well organized (booking, check-in, check out). Apartments clean, perfectly located and have everything you need. Parking (just 3 minutes of work) available with good discount from Fisa and paid just at check-in desk which is very convenient. Next time in Barcelona will stay there for sure.

The location is awsome. not only just in the center but the surroundings were also nice. I also stayed at other apartment in the center at about same price but I really recommend you this FisaRentals. and the receptionist was cool. The apartment is clean, modern. Pelai, emplacement super mais un peu bruyant si donne sur la rue. Un vrai grand lit, très apprécié. Bon confort, j'y retournerai sans hésitation. Les services sont proches pour les épiceries et autres services incluant l'aérobus pour l'aéroport. La clim est excellente.

Lovely apartment, really enjoyed our stay ... so much better than a hotel room with the sitting area, kitchen and washing machine.
