Our group of 9 felt right at home. It was perfectly situated within walking distance to all places we visited and many great restaurants as well. The home was clean and adequately supplied with listed amenities. The building was secure and we felt comfortable in the space. We would definitely recommend staying here if you have a large family or group.

The location was great, however the middle sink was leaking leaving water on the floor, the bathroom on the last room was a bit dirty with hairs on the bath tub, absolutely no food except for coffee, a prdme packed shampoo and soaps which appear to be in a camping ground, not too family oriented setting
The place is in a great location and most of the rooms are bright and spacious. It's great if you're a large group and want to be in a central location but don't plan to spend a lot of time in the house. The living room was more like a bedroom where they added couches, so there wasn't an open living area for everyone to hang out. The kitchen lacked a lot of basic amenities--no olive oil or salt, and the coffee machine and wine opener were broken. The apartment was surprisingly quiet despite being on a busy street.
This apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, enough space for all 5 of us. The kitchen was large and had everything you need if you decide to cook.Location is very central - very close to all the attractions. All in all , we had a great family reunion thanks to this place.

A great flat in a wonderful location. The unit was exactly as advertised, in a good part of town, near many of the highlights. It was spacious, the beds were comfortable. The week we were there it was hot, ~30-35C. The air conditioning worked great in all the bedrooms except the small back room where we put a teenager who didn't mind. Overall, we got exactly what we expected and would recommend it.
Had a great stay in a beautiful location. Easy walk to la rambla but felt safer and quieter than the busy tourist area. Beautiful large apartment with a lot of light and space.
Such the perfect location! Check in was easy and upon leaving we were able to leave our luggage with the company while we spent the day walking around before our plane. The apartment size was perfect for our group of 11.

We had a wonderful stay. Fisa Rentals was very courteous and pleasant, were very accommodating to our needs in the days and weeks before we arrived and during our stay. They replied very quickly to any questions and messages. The apartment was wonderful! All the rooms are very large, clean, with nice decor with TVs. I would have brought my Roku had I thought of it! All of the beds were super comfortable, each room with their own AC with the exception of one room (fans were provided to keep rooms cooler).We loved the kitchen and making meals and coffee in the morning. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils, cooking utensils, pots, pans, small appliances. They also provided kits: a kitchen kit with salt, pepper, instant coffee, creamer, sugar, olive oil vinegar and personal kits for each guest (shampoo, soap, etc). Réservez les yeux fermés. Appartement luxueux, spacieux, très propres avec de grandes chambres. Dans 2 chambres vous aurez des salles de bains privatives. Une cuisine hyper fonctionnelle. Un salon également très spacieux pour passer de bonnes soirées à plusieurs. Climatisation dans chaque chambre. Bref, un séjour au top dans un appartement au Top.
The position of the apartment is really good, both for a walk and for using the metro. The kitchen contains everything you need for a few days, than you have to buy something more. There is a light in the corridor which is automatic, so you can’t turn it off, and it could be annoying when you sleep with the door opened.

My family were able to stay together T the flat during our Christmas break. with a big eat in kitten we were able to have meals together without the difficulty of finding a restaurant to serve 10. the apartment was clean and there were enough bathrooms for everyone. we would surely return.Thank you
Firstly, we arrived early and there was no problem leaving our cases (6 adults) at the Apartment reception. It enabled us to explore the surrounding area un-encumbered with suitcases. A joy on starting our Barcelona visit. The persons manning the desk throughout our stay were exceedingly helpful and gave us a number of useful tips that made our Barcelona visit even better than anticipated. The best tip was to purchase a T10 public transport ticket ... saved money & really easy to use. It was a large, very clean apartment, I think well equipped for our type of stay. Comfortable beds and, unusual for me, I slept through the first night. There were small welcome packs that we all appreciated, enabling that cup of tea/coffee without having to rush out to a Supermarket. Location could not be better. Within walking distance of most central Barcelona attractions and the rest easily accessed via public transport. Would all 6 of us recommend ... certainly.
