Lägenheten börjar bli sliten efter år av användning, kök och badrum bör renoveras snart.
Wir waren nicht zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Es hatte Insekten an der Decke im Badezimmer. Nach dem ich mich beim Gastgeber gemeldet habe, kam am nächsten Tag jemand um wa zu beheben. Leider haben sie das Problem während dem aufenthalt nicht in den Griff bekommen & wir hatten über die ganze Zeit die Insekten. Die Küche war anders wie auf den Fotos. 2er Herdplatte, keinen Bachoffen und keine Kaffemaschine. Wassermenge ist beschränkt, Bett schrecklich unbequem und der Müll muss selbst entsorgt werden. Die Wohnung ist definitiv nicht so schön wie auf den Fotos.Haben eine Teilrückerstattung erhalten. Wenigstens etwas!
Best location, close to metro station, many options to dine and have food, grocery shop at the building entrance , the studio s spacious and has all what you need during your stay, a nice welcome amenities pack was very helpful, nice gesture, we felt home
Customer service was highly responsive quickly breaking down a king and turning it into two beds and requested.Stunningly quiet given the busy intersection in midst of walking distances to most sites.The hot shower with great pressure and icy A/C compensated for the meagerly appointed kitchen (cookware, and condiments)Pricing was egregious though to be fair, it was F1 weekend.
Lovely location, but had a few issues. We noticed the apartment door didn’t lock once we got inside. You could push it open from the outside and that was a huge SAFETY CONCERN for us. We tried to contact host on app and emergency contact number, NO RESPONSE. Aside from the door not working, the stovetop was child locked. We looked at appliance instructions inside handbook and noticed the descriptions weren’t accurate. Next day host reached out to explain the lack of communication was due to holiday and we walked to the rental office to meet with receptionist to get key for the door. She was very rude to us and never apologized for any of the issues we experienced. She said maintenance person would come to check it out door. We met with him and he said the door was malfunctioning and fixed it. I would explore other rental options next time instead due to response time and needing passport information even though airbnb customer service said that was not necessary for any listing.
The listing was a great place to stay and looked like the photos. The location was perfect and had lots of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and metro within walking distance. Felt very safe in the area. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the airport pick up / drop off bus stop.

We enjoyed our stay at FISA rentals! It was easy to find, and super easy to check in! Close to the shopping district, and the metro! It is about a 35-40 min walk to the beach, and fairly walkable to other attractions. Although, overall we did enjoy our stay, we did notice a pungent scent of cigarettes in the apartment which maybe was left by the previous guests. Besides that, the internet was super super slow, and kept disconnecting which made it difficult when I needed to plan my days- I did notify fisa rentals about that, and got a lovely response but sadly the connection for the internet was STILL bad! One other thing to note is that the bed is two singles pushed together, which was okay for us but it would separate throughout the night.
Foi uma excelente experiência, existe uma recepção muito próxima ao local, onde a anfitriã realiza todas as orientações com muita simpatia.Localização fantástica, uma região muito segura e limpa em Barcelona, o que permite realizar muitos pontos caminhando e próxima a ótimas restaurantes.O apartamento tem uma vista charmosa da gran via e o imóvel oferece muito conforto.A cama é otima, pode ser divida em duas caso necessário.Com certeza será meu local novamente quando regressas a Barcelona!!
The apartment met our expectations and we had a very nice stay! It was clean and well-located and although on a busy street, not too loud. It took us a moment to discover the blackout curtain. It might have been nice to have a book to explain things for non-europeans about this and how to use the washer, etc. Other than that, we had a wonderful time.
Fantastic sunny apartment in a great location, right in the centre of town. A very spacious studio apartment. I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay :)
Great apartment in the heart of Barcelona, very walkable or accessible via metro. Large room and very comfortable space with an elevator. Neighborhood is busy, so make sure you carefully lower the metal blinds to keep the noise out. Host was also willing to store our luggage at their office (~one block away) for no additional charge which was much appreciated.
El apartamento es tal y como se muestra en el anuncio, totalmente recomendable.
We came thursday and left saturday. When we came we was met in a very good way at the checking in office. It was relative easy to find that office even it was a short distance from the apartment. We enjoyed the stay and we have no problem in recomend Fisa rentals!
Todo genial! La recepción, el departamento súper limpio , moderno, el colchón y las almohadas súper cómodas , completo con complementos de aseo , limpieza y desayuno, la ubicación genial! Todo positivo y nada negativo, repetiré sin dudarlo.

Great apt and the location! The apt was very clean and tidy. Looks exactly like the photos. Communication between the staff was great, made the check in very easy. They even had packed toiletries and kitchen supplies. It was a very comfortable apt, large enough for us. The only thing is the bed would pull apart. But otherwise, very comfortable. I would stay here again when we come back to Barcelona. It was just so close to all the places we want to visit, walking distance and quiet enough in the evening. Love it here! Great place overall. I appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and samples of salt/pepper and olive oil. The only negative point is that it is somewhat noisy because of the traffic.

Prima studio, super goede locatie. Schoon modern van alle gemakken voorzien. De studio ligt aan een doorgaande drukke verkeersweg, met veel geluid.

L'appartement est spacieux, confortable, tout équipé, très bien situé. Le seul bémol est qu'on entend un peu la rue, car l'appartement donne sur le croisement de 2 boulevards, mais on s'y habitue ! Je recommande quand meme ! Merci à l'équipe :)

Buena ubicación! El lugar está muy acogedor. Me gustó mucho :). Solo unas cosas: El baño no estaba completamente limpio y es algo que veo desde el momento 1... El ruido en la calle a toda hora no me dejaba dormir a media noche y el inodoro suena muchísimo cuando utilizas el agua del baño... También sentía que salía un mal olor del inodoro.
Una de las mejores estancias en las que he alojado. El apartamento impecable, la cocina super limpia y el baño igual. Los huéspedes muy amables y instrucciones muy en clara en cuanto llegar y el proceso de check-in. La verdad es que fue una maravilla de estancia!
El apartamento es genial, tal y como se ve en las fotografías. Tienen todo lo necesario para hacer tu estancia cómoda y agradable. Es muy moderno, acogedor y muy limpio además cuidan todos los detalles. La ubicación es extraordinaria. Tienes cualquier cosa al alcance e incluso varias de las atracciones turísticas se pueden visitar caminando. La atención de Aina y Gemma es excelente, siempre en comunicación y respondiendo tus mensajes al momento. Sin duda una excelente opción si visitas Barcelona. Me encantaría volver.

Hola, como ya os dejé un comentario privado en Airbnb no me extenderé demasiado. Estuvo todo perfecto pero 2 paredes de la habitación estaban realmente sucias con marcas de manos, la verdad es que desprestigiaba un poco el ambiente de la magnífica habitación. No lo digo para nada con connotación negativa, volvería claramente a reservar con ustedes en mi próximo viaje, pero también tengo una empresa y son detallitos que a mi también me gustaría que me comentasen y además son de solución fácil, ya que hoy en día todas las paredes son lavables. Gracias por vuestro estupendo servicio :)

El apartamento está muy bien situado. Es similar a las fotos salvo por la iluminación, que quizá no sea tanta. El único defecto grave que le pongo es que la cama fueran dos camas juntas. No había manera. Por lo demás todo genial. Recomendable.

Casa molto pulita e ben arredata, peccato solo per il letto matrimoniale che essendo in realtà composto da due letti singoli attaccati a volte risultava scomodo. Posizione ottima e bella vista dalla camera.

A relaxing few days in this apartment, so clean and well equipped. Very good location and very secure. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and sorted out several problems for us. Cannot be faulted.
This rental was in the best location. The service was great and friendly. The receptionist gave great reomedations and gave us some tips to navigate the city. It was our first time in Barcelona and when we come back, we will DEFINITELY stay here again

Would highly recommend these apartments. Its in a great location 2minute walk from shops and bars and you have the bus stop right outside. Beautiful apartment with everything you need in it, washing machine oven dishwasher etc. staff were friendly and very helpful. Would def come back and stay again.

Gli appartamenti si trovano a pochi passi da una stazione metro dove si intersecano più linee metro. Si può benissimo raggiungere il centro di Barcellona a piedi. L'appartamento ha dimensioni notevoli, ben fornito con tutto il necessario per poter trascorrere un soggiorno sereno senza farsi mancare nulla. Dietro l'angolo c'è una panetteria/pasticceria e poco più avanti ci sono due supermarket.
