Rambla de Catalunya is the pedestrian path that connects Plaza Catalunya with Diagonal Avenue.
This apartment can accommodate up to four people in its 54m2. With two bedrooms and one bathroom, it's the perfect accommodation for stays shorter than 1 month.

Facing the sea and with privileged views of Barcelona, our apartment located next to the Paseo de Gracia has a large terrace with artificial grass with table and chairs to allow you to enjoy the pleasant temperature of the city while having a perfect meal with view.
Inside there is a unique space with an open concept kitchen and living room, the walls have been replaced by vast windows through which natural light sneaks into the apartment. A bedroom has a large double bed and the other has two single beds.

What are the check-in and check-out times for Fisa Rentals Rambla de Catalunya Apartments?
You can check-in from 3pm until 8pm. We can wait for you until 9pm, but you must inform us in advance. Arrivals after 9pm will have a surcharge of €30 until midnight and €50 after that. Please note that our check-in office opens at 9:30am from Monday thru Friday, so we could store luggage at that time. The office is closed on weekends and holidays, but we do attend previously scheduled arrivals, so make sure you let us know if this is your case. Only if the apartment is ready, you will be able to check-in before 3pm. Check-out time is 11:00am in any day of the week, without exception.
What is procedure for checking-in and checking-out?
Guests are kindly requested to inform the property of their arrival time. You must check-in in person in our office, located at Carrer del Bruc, 44, Local 3. This is 700 meters from the apartment (7 blocks). You will be requested to show passports or ID’s of all occupants; and make the outstanding payments online, including the tourist tax. Arrivals after 9pm will have a surcharge of €30 until midnight and €50 after that. Checking-out is simple: you must leave by 11am, leaving all keys given to you inside the apartment (on the table), remove all the garbage you’ve generated and make sure the door of the apartment is closed behind you.
Can I leave your luggage?
From Monday to Friday, we can store your luggage at our check-in office, located at Carrer del Bruc 44, Local 3, but only during our regular hours: from 9:30am until 8pm. We cannot offer this service on weekends or holidays, but we may inform you of other options.
What services does Fisa Rentals Rambla de Catalunya Apartments offer?
All our apartments offer the comfort of separate bedrooms with closet space (except studio type apartments), private bathrooms with showers, towels and linens, living room area with sofas, dining table with chairs, fully equipped kitchens with washer/dryer, air conditioning and heating, windows to the street, free WiFi, baby cots and highchairs. Everything you might want to ensure the security of all our guests. We also have an elevator, and the best customer service!

Unfortunately, we do not have parking to offer you at this property, but there are plenty of garages around the area. We can provide further information in advance.
Is smoking allowed?
Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. You would be able to smoke in apartments with a balcony or a terrace, but you must be responsible for keeping the door to the outside closed, making sure that no smoke or smell gets into the apartment.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not accepted in the Fisa Rentals Rambla de Catalunya Apartments.

You can cancel your reservation up to 24h before the day of entry to the apartment.
