Our building at number 84 of Marqués de Sentmenat Street includes 14 short-stay apartments in five floors, suitable from 2 to 5 guests.

Although the superior quality of these apartments near the Sants Station is indisputable, one of the features that our clients value most apart from the impeccable cleaning service are our balconies overlooking the city, equipped with table and chairs, ideal to enjoy the sunny mornings and quiet afternoons.

Please note that check-in hours at the apartments are from 3pm until 12am and departure time is 11am.
What is procedure for checking-in and checking-out?
Guests are kindly requested to inform the property of their arrival time. You can check-in in person, in our office or come to our office located at Carrer del Bruc, 44, Local 3, but you have the advantage to do this online. You will be requested to send in advance photos or scanned copies of passports or ID’s of all occupants; and make the outstanding payments online, including the tourist tax. On the day of your arrival, you will receive an access code. There is no extra charge for late arrivals.
Can I leave your luggage?
From Monday to Friday, we can store your luggage at our check-in office, located at Carrer del Bruc 44, Local 3, but only during our regular hours: from 9:30am until 8pm. We cannot offer this service on weekends or holidays, but we may inform you of other options.
What services does Fisa Rentals Les Corts Apartments offer?
All our apartments offer the comfort of separate bedrooms with closet space (except studio type apartments), private bathrooms with showers, towels and linens, living room area with sofas, dining table with chairs, fully equipped kitchens with washer/dryer, air conditioning and heating, windows to the street, free WiFi, baby cots and highchairs. Is it possible to park at Fisa Rentals Les Corts Apartments?
Although we do not have this service, we have an agreement with a parking company 300 meters away, for stays 3-nights or longer for €20 / night.
Is smoking allowed?
Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. You would be able to smoke in apartments with a balcony or a terrace, but you must be responsible for keeping the door to the outside closed, making sure that no smoke or smell gets into the apartment.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not accepted in the Fisa Rentals Les Corts Apartments.
