Seven of our apartments are available for short term rentals (up to 30 nights), are found 3 floors above ground of the building number 11 of Pelai Street. Right below these we have three apartments available for long-term rentals if you want to stay in the city for more 31 nights.

With occupancies from 2 to 5 people, the size of these apartments ranges from 36 m2 in the simplest studio up to 83 m2 for the biggest apartment, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The apartments have a large living-dining room connected to a fully-equipped kitchen with all the basic appliances: oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine, among others. The bedrooms have a king size bed and a flat screen TV, and the bathroom is spacious and modern.

What are the check-in and check-out times of Fisa Rentals Ramblas Apartments?
Please note that check-in hours at the apartments are from 3pm until 12am and departure time is 11am.
What is the process of entering and exiting the apartments?
Guests are kindly requested to inform the property of their arrival time. You can check-in in person, in our office or come to our office located at Carrer del Bruc, 44, Local 3, but you have the advantage to do this online. You will be requested to send in advance photos or scanned copies of passports or ID’s of all occupants; and make the outstanding payments online, including the tourist tax. On the day of your arrival, you will receive an access code. There is no extra charge for late arrivals.
Can I leave your luggage?
From Monday to Friday, from 9:30am to 8pm, you can leave your luggage at our check-in office, located at Bruc 44. We cannot offer this service on weekends or holidays, but we can tell you about other options.
What services does Fisa Rentals Ramblas Apartments offer?
All our apartments offer the comfort of separate bedrooms with closet space (except studio type apartments), private bathrooms with showers, towels and linens, living room area with sofas, dining table with chairs, fully equipped kitchens with washer/dryer, air conditioning and heating, windows to the street, free WiFi, baby cots and highchairs. Everything you might want to ensure the security of all our guests. We also have an elevator, and the best customer service!
Is it possible to park at Fisa Rentals Ramblas Apartments?
Although we do not have this service, we have an agreement with a parking company 100 meters away, for stays 3-nights or longer for €20 / night.
Is smoking allowed?
Please note that smoking is prohibited in inside of the apartments, and not allowed in the common areas of the entire building.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not accepted in the Fisa Rentals Ramblas Apartments.
Is there a restaurant in or near Fisa Rentals Ramblas Apartments?
We do not offer meal service, but its central location provides access to multiple dining possibilities, all budgets and only minutes away.
What’s the cancellation policy of Fisa Rentals Ramblas Apartments?
You can cancel your reservation up to 24h before the day of entry to the apartment. There are some special dates when other restrictions apply (Mobile World Congress, Easter, Christmas, New Year's Eve), so do not hesitate in asking us when in doubt. By train: from Terminal 2 to Passeig de Grácia Station, 500 meters away. By aerobus: the shuttle from either terminal to the very end, Plaza Catalunya, then walking 100 meters. By taxi: directly from the terminal to our check-in office or the apartment.
