French pastry workshop

Anyone addicted to profiteroles cannot miss this workshop offered by the pastry shop Patachou. It’s been founded by two Spanish people and two French people thrilled by the idea of expanding in Barcelona the knowledge of “Pâte à choux” or choux pastry, a pastry base very famous in France used to make many kinds of sweet and savoury products, such as the profiteroles. The workshop is for adults and children and lasts 1h30.

As one of the most visited city in the world, in Barcelona it is possible to taste the best of each region of the world. This is what happens in the pastry shop Patachou, owned by two Spanish and two French people specialized in “Pâte à choux” or French choux dough, a base dough very famous in France used to make sweet and savoury products as famous as the “profiteroles”.


The workshop will be organized as follows:

At the end of the workshop attendees will taste the dessert and take the recipe back home to delight their family and friends.


Conditions and bookings

The duration of the workshop is 1h30, available for groups between 4 to 8 adults.

The activity includes a welcome drink (cup of cava for adults or fruit juice for children).
