Check-in rapido y sencillo, comunicación puntual. Buena ubicación en un área tranquila y cercana a líneas de metro, no tan lejos del centro ciudad.Apartamento limpio y espacioso para una pareja, cama muy cómoda.Hay cocina con la mayoría de las herramientas pero faltan unas cosas esenciales para cocinar sin tener que comprar todo (azúcar, sal, aceite, vinagre, especias, café, te, etc...).Una cosa que debería arreglarse es la ducha del baño, la puerta no cierra herméticamenge y el agua sale por debajo inundando el suelo.Sería cómodo tener unas toallas más en el armario.Por el resto, recomendado!
The accommodation area is very quiet and very close to the metro station. There is also a bakery cafe within 5 minutes' walk, which solves the breakfast problem. It's easy to walk back from dinner downtown every night. Great choice.
The place was in an accessible area 10-15 min walk to transit, easy to get in. Just make sure you do the online check in prior. The rental place typically doesn’t respond on weekends unless it’s the check in day, but during business days they were prompt. Good stay, tidy, just a bit noisy at night. Shower was just smaller than imagined but still did it’s job. Would recommend. Also Monday- Friday they allow luggage drop off during their business hours (09:30-20:00). Staff were wonderful.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The staff at Fisa gave clear and detailed instructions and check-in was easy via a passcode. The area - Sants - is very convenient. It is central enough that you can walk pretty much everywhere, but sufficiently far from the eastern side of the city where the tourists tend to stay to almost never encounter any. The neighborhood also has lots of excellent panaderia, supermarkets, fruit and veg markets and bars. The apartment itself was as described and shown in the photos. Clean and well maintained. Reasonably well-equipped kitchen that I made extensive use of (several of the big city-run markets - Sants, Ninot and San Antoni - are within easy walking distance and given the amazing seafood, meat and veg available how could you not want to cook?!). I would definitely stay here again.

Excelente ubicación cerca de la estación de Sants para ir y venir andando. Cerca del metro para moverse por toda la ciudad. Un pequeño apartamento muy bien distribuido y cómodo para largas estadías. Fuimos en familia con nuestro bebé de 5 meses y nos proporcionaron cuna, bañerita y mesita de comer. Lo recomendamos y volveríamos sin dudarlo.
Es la segunda vez que me alojo en los apartamentos Fisa Rentals Les Corts y las dos veces han sido estupendo. Es muy céntrico, cerca de la estación de Sants y paradas de autobuses y metro. También es fácil andar hasta Plaza España y sus alrededores. Es una zona tranquila donde puedes descansar . Apartamentos bien cuidados y limpios. Recomiendo al 100 % este establecimiento.

Hola, estuvimos muy a gusto con el apartamento y lo disfrutamos mucho. Nos hubiera gustado tener un horno tipo a gas o electrico más allá del microondas. Everything one needs for a oerfect visit to Barcelona.
Simple and easy check-in for this conveniently albeit somewhat out of city centre located place. However, there are a few bus stops close by while metro is approx 600m away. Supermarkets, cafes and restaurant are all in vicinity. Clean and nice apartment with comfortable bed, small balcony and fully equipped kitchen. All in all a pleasant stay

Lovely flat in a SUPER chill part of town. I stayed in Las Ramblas for the first few days and decided to move out to Les Corts for the rest of my 2 week stay. Close enough to walk anywhere you want in town... 10 minute walk to Sants station and many metro options. Loved the family feel ion Les Corts, highly recommend to someone wanting to be a bit removed from the lovely caos of town.

What wonderful apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the apartment had everything we needed. The terrace is wonderful to spend a relaxing moment on. The apartment is cleany and tidy. Location is perfect with bars/restaurants around the corner, but not in a busy section of the city (5min by scooter or 15min walk). Clear communication with our host.

This was my third stay at Fisa Les Corts and I will be back as soon as possible. Lovely modern clean apartment with everything you could need. Short walk from train and Metro station so easily accessible. Would definitely recommend.
We had a great time in Barcelona and we felt like at home in Fisarentals. The apartment was clean, tidy and we had all the equipments we needed in an apartment. The location is not at the touristic center of Barcelona but it was very close to the main subway station and also bus stations so that we travelled easily to each point we wanted to visit in Barcelona. There was also plenty of supermarkets around our place and even a huge shopping mall at walking distance. We definitely would like to stay in Fisarentals again.

Fisa rentals is your place to stay in Barcelona. The location is great, near metro. The comfort of the house, the cleaning, everything perfect. We also had a problem with the pressure of the shower and I sent an email and they solve the problem in less than 24 hours. Het appartement is erg netjes en schoon en correspondeert met de foto's die op de site worden getoond. Prima locatie, dicht bij de metro.
La experiencia en estos apartamentos durante una semana fue fabulosa.Destacar la amabilidad y la atención de la persona encargada de la recepción. Cualquier duda o pregunta, llamábamos y muy gentilmente nos atendía y nos solucionaba la pregunta.Sobre el apartamento en sí:- El conjunto del apartamento estaba pulcro y cuidado.- El menaje era de calidad y aparentemente nuevo.- El colchón y las almohadas hacían su función correctamente, descansabas como un bebé en ellos.- El aire acondicionado/calefacción funcionaban perfectamente.- Nunca tuvimos problemas de agua ni de gas a la hora de la ducha.- El equipamiento era el necesario para poder hacer vida como en una casa propia.- La llave electrónica a través de un código facilitaba que no tuvieras que estar pendiente de llaves físicas ni de poder extraviarlas.Aunque puede parecer elevado el precio, sin lugar a dudas la experiencia merece la pena.Si tengo que volver a elegir y la economía me lo permitiera, elegiría este sin duda.
Muy bonito departamento, mucha iluminación natural, bonita terraza y con buena ubicación ya que está muy cerca de múltiples vías de transporte público (Bus y Metro). Está totalmente amueblado y acondicionado para únicamente llegar con maletas e ir al supermercado para llenar el refrigerador. El único detalle que nos tocó fue que había un ligero olor a cigarro que para quienes no somos fumadores no es del todo agradable.

El piso estaba muy bien. El precio es elevado, aunque en la gran mayoría de los aspectos está a la altura. Un punto bajo es la falta de horno, que el microondas no resulta suficiente reemplazo. El otro punto es que el WiFi es compartido por todo el edificio pero principalmente que la señal llega muy débil o no llega a la habitación. Se podrían incluir instrucciones más detalladas del uso de ciertos equipos como la vitrocerámica, el lavavajillas y lavarropas.
El piso está muy bien, es lo que se ve en las fotos y es muy cómodo. El salón es amplio, tanto cama como sofa resultan cómodos. El sector de cocina está bien, aunque al no tener horno no es tan cómodo para cocinar, sobre todo en estancias medias o largas. La presión del agua en la ducha podría ser mejor. La señal de wifi es compartida por todo el edificio (finca) y llega muy débil o no llega a la habitación.

Me alojé durante dos semanas y puedo decir que la atención de parte de las chicas de Fisa Rentals fue genial, siempre atentas y disponibles. Respecto al departamento, es tal cuál lo que se puede ver en las fotografías y los servicios que ofrecen. Sin dudas, volveremos a tratar con Fisa en futuros viajes a Barcelona.

The place is clean, the neighbors are so quit. The location is fair, not far from subway and 5-minute walk to a very nice restaurant "Cocina Hermanos Torres" which is totally a great experience during our trip.
Great location, 40 minute walk to downtown very close to the Illy mall. The check in-checkout process on line it’s good, not so good if you have to do it personally, because yo have to, first get yourself downtown (with baggages and everything) do the check-in process and then take another taxi to your department... kind of inconvenient..The apartments are great, spotless and everything is new and runs perfect.
Second time staying here and would certainly recommend to anyone. Lovely apartment near all amenities. Will definitely be going back again soon x

Das Apartment war sauber, modern aber einfach eingerichtet. Es gab einige Abnutzungserscheinungen, z.B. platzt das Furnier am Türrahmen im Bad ab, und die Dichtung an der Duschtür geht unten ab. Es gibt nur wenige und auch nur spanische Fernsehprogramme. Das Servicepersonal war sehr hilfsbereit.

Very spacious and clean apartment. The key code entry is much better than having a physical key. Communication from the Fisa Rentals team was very good and the code was sent by text on the day we arrived. The kitchen is well equipped with a good size fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. For those who want to cook a bit more in the apartment, an oven would be a great addition but with so many great places to eat in Barcelona we ate out. The property is only about 7 mins walk from the metro station and there are plenty of coffee shops nearby. I was very pleased with the apartment and would definitely stay again.
Muy conformes con el departamento. Nos gustó la zona, la amplitud y luminosidad del apartamento, el equipamiento, la limpieza, la funcionalidad. Excepto las camas que nos parecieron duras ya que sólo son de gomaespuma. El resto 10 puntos.
Haria falta actualizar el manual, pues hay varias cosas que no estan actualizadas de acuerdo al piso

Para nosotros fue una excelente experiencia ya que habíamos vivido hace un año en el barrio y sin duda es muy acogedor, tranquilo y bien conectado con todo. La atención de Gemma y Aina muy buena, siempre dispuestas a ayudarnos. Todo muy bien solo que la parte del colchón de la cama, en el costado donde dormía mi marido se hundía, y eso no lo pudieron solucionar. Si volvemos el próx año repetiríamos el piso pero solicitando que el colchón esté en mejores condiciones. Lo demás todo bien. Gracias por todo

Excellent apartment for what I needed and more than I needed to be honest. Passing through Barcelona for 1 night and needed somewhere close to Sants train station. Apartments seemed quite new, spotlessly clean and tidy throughout. Very spacious with excellent amenities. Would highly recommend, if you need something near to Sants station or even in the city for a longer duration and public transport is cheap.

The apartment is spacious and quite new, it was quiet. I appreciated the virtual check in and the welcome packets. I had some work to do in that area for which it was convenient. It is walking distance to Sants train station. It has supermarkets and conveniences nearby. The bathroom drain smelt like a sewer, otherwise it was very clean and the apartment was overall very clean.
It was a very comfortable stay. The apartment location, cleanliness availability of all amenities was superb. I must complement thee Booking people and the care takers for such a fantastic arrangement. You get more value for the money you spend.
Really nice apartment would of prefered a double bed thought we had. Didn't SPOIL the experience. Very nice apartment clean and with good facilities, however I think you should get some larger cups for coffee/tea.
L'accueil a été particulièrement charmant et le logement très confortable et très propre. Une seule remarque : un effort de vaisselle pourrait être réalisé en mettant à disposition quelques bols ou ramequins ainsi qu'une passoire. Merci Bayrou nous avons été ravis de notre séjour.
Deze reis gekregen van onze kinderen omdat we 40 jaar getrouwt waren. Een prachtig kado bij aankomst stond er een fles caca echt heel leuk!! Heel leuk appartement alles netjes en dichtbij de bus 59 die je overal heen brengt. De receptie dame nam de tijd en legde alles keurig uit. Koop bij de metro station een T10 buskaart en dan kan je 10 keer reizen ook met meerdere personen op 1 kaart. Bus 59 stopt voor midden en einde van de ramblas en ook op het strand . Wij hebben een geweldige honeymoon gehad en komen zeker terug

Nos hemos alojado en los apartamentos de Marquès de Sentmenat en varias ocasiones y repetimos porque la ubicación es ideal y por el trato excelente que nos dan por teléfono (esta vez incluso más que en otras ocasiones). Siempre intentan ofrecer todas las facilidades posibles y los apartamentos se corresponden al 100% con lo anunciado. Seguiremos repitiendo siempre que el precio nos lo permita.

The place was perfectly clean and set up. Beds comfortable, lovely residential street. Close to shopping. Necessities in prepackaged bags. Difficult transferring our bags from the check in the office to the apartment itself. However, we were guided every step of the way with wonderful directions . Would have liked place to leave our bags at the end of the day until we were due at the airport. Would definitely recommend this rental.

It is a well appointed apartment, comfortable and homely, in a quiet location, not far from the Metro or the main train station. During hot weather it was great to return the apartment to the cooling comfort of the air-con. Contacts and queries with the office were responded to promptly. It was true to the on-line description and we would recommend this apartment. It would be helpful to have some information re Barcelona and surrounds in the apartment.

The apartment was very comfortable for leaving and very clean. Location worked well for us, it is 5-7 min walk to metro station and 15 min walk to the Saints bus and train station. We had good time and really enjoyed staying in this apartment. What was a big minus and gave me stress was our arrival. Management was unexpectedly closed on Monday due to local holiday. We were offered to come not directly to the apartment but to the office to pick up the keys and to pay. I exchanged money upfront to pay in cash as it had been in our rental agreement and a day before arrival was pushed to pay online to avoid additional trip from airport to their office after 15 hr flight. Nobody met us at the apartment, nobody showed around and more than that we were standing in front of the door to the building without access code, they didn't explain it and we had no European phone to call. There is a plus to the management that our 200E deposit had been promptly returned to the credit card. I definit

Hemos estado diez días en el apartamento y todo muy bien. De hecho repetiremos en marzo. Lo único que nos ha faltado es una pequeña mesa en el balcón y un colador en la cocina.

The apartment itself was excellent, well appointed, clean and tidy. The area was a 15 minute bus ride from the centre of the city and was short of eating establishments locally. But this would not stop me using the apartments again.

Nice apartment, clean and cozy, with 2 terraces; welcome and attention is superb! The kitchen has the indispensable to prepare the basics with generosity. Location a bit far from the Center. The apartment is cozy and full of details to be comfortable at all times. The bed is very comfortable.

El apartamento era tal y como aparecía en las fotos, ubicación excelente, con 2 líneas de metro muy cercanas, y la estación de Sants a 10' andando. Nos facilitaron mucho el check-in. Ninguna pega.

The apartment was great! Service is very friendly and helpfull. Location just outside of the center is perfect, nice and quiet with everything you need nearby. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Possibility for washing is great for a longer stay. We enjoyed our stay very much and will most definitely come back!

Muy lindo apartamento que cumplio con nuestras espectativas. Buscabamos tranquilidad, confort y lo obtuvimos. Como sugerencia seria util que en el equipamiento agregaran equipo de audio.
Everything is fine! Clean, comfortable, well-organized manner. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of supermarkets, 7 minutes walk to the subway. Easy connection to the airport. It is a place where nothing prevents relaxation. Certainly the next time will choose these apartments.
